Responsibilities

Develop scalable, secure, and compliant software architecture based on system and software requirements
Work closely with project managers and software teams, providing architectural guidance and mentoring engineers
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 62304) for medical device software
Integrate safety measures and conduct risk assessments to ensure device safety
Advocate for best practices, evaluate new technologies, and enhance development processes

Preferred

Experience using generative AI to aid in software development
Developing machine learning-based products
Knowledge of embedded Linux
Real-time operating systems (RTOS)
Cybersecurity hardening
Familiarity with Atlassian tools
Software development best practices
