Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electronic card-level failures in aerospace production equipment
Perform failure analysis and diagnostics using electronic test equipment
Interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and component data sheets
Conduct visual inspections in accordance with aerospace quality standards
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Support aerospace PWBA assembly and repair processes
Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing and repair procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits
Experience reading and interpreting schematics and PCB documentation
Experience with electronic troubleshooting and failure analysis
Familiarity with aerospace electronics manufacturing or repair environments
Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory and test equipment, including: Digital Volt Meter (DVM), Multichannel Oscilloscope, Signal Analyzer, Frequency Response Analyzer, Dynamic Load Tester, JTAG Tester, Software download tools, Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR), Infrared camera
Knowledge of aerospace PWBA assembly processes
Experience with root cause and corrective action methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
