Responsibilities
The MicroStrategy Administrator is a specialized technical leader responsible for the operational excellence, security, and modernization of enterprise business intelligence (BI) platforms
This role focuses on the administration, integration, and optimization of MicroStrategy environments, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions and seamless interoperability with AWS, Power BI, and other modern data technologies
The position is not a developer or analyst role, but rather a hands-on, cross-functional administrator dedicated to ensuring high availability, performance, and security of BI systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting MicroStrategy environments
5+ years of experience with Power BI, including report setup and workspace management
Strong experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., QuickSight, EKS, Redshift), and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL
Deep understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, security, and administration tools (Developer, Object Manager, Command Manager, Workstation)
Experience with MicroStrategy Customer Managed Cloud and AWS QuickSight is hige plus
Excellent communication, debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills
MicroStrategy and AWS certifications are required
