Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service intake requests
Respond to and resolve basic technical issues , including password and login problems
Answer questions from dealership users regarding platform access and functionality
Triage support tickets and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams when needed
Document issues, resolutions, and user interactions clearly and accurately
Provide courteous, professional support to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of IT support or customer service concepts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple access and password issues
Comfortable working with users who may have varying levels of technical knowledge
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred
Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or technical support
Familiarity with software platforms or SaaS environments
Experience supporting external customers (e.g., dealerships or business users)
