A1 Garage Door is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team, aiming to become America's largest and most trusted garage door company. The role involves handling Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups, performing garage door inspections, and educating customers about their doors and inspection findings.

Responsibilities

Handling our Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups
Complete garage door Inspections, following a check list
Handling call back visits when we don’t get it right the first time
Focus on turning negative experiences into positive experiences
Educate customer on their door and findings from the inspection
Receiving POs for the warehouse and updating inventory with the exact counts
Assisting the Area Manager or Market Lead with load outs for techs and installers
Maintaining physical counts in warehouse and updating Inventory

Required

Be nice! I know, we shouldn't have to say that, but we mean it
Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods
Physically able to lift 50lbs
Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, Google etc as well as tablet and computer use
Basic knowledge of hand tools
GED or HS diploma not required, however reading skills as well as basic math skills (measurements, payments) are required
Professional appearance
Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States

Preferred

Experience with repairs and maintenance in the home service industry, manufacturing, automotive, etc
