Responsibilities
Develop, standardize, and maintain PMO templates and tools, ensuring they are practical, lean, and aligned with fast-track delivery
Establish and manage a formal lessons learned process across projects, translating insights into updated standards and playbooks
Support consistent, reliable portfolio-level reporting and data aggregation across multiple projects and sites
Assist project teams in maintaining accurate schedules, cost forecasts, and progress metrics, identifying gaps or inconsistencies early
Implement PMO governance frameworks, including stage gates and approval workflows, while supporting adoption of new PMO tools
Interface with various departments to support alignment between project execution data and financial or operational reporting
Assist with external audits, reviews, or reporting requests as needed
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of experience in construction project engineering, project controls, or PMO support roles
Strong background in heavy commercial, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and execution, and design and procurement workflows
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
High proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, scheduling software, dashboards)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Direct experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction
Experience with fast-track or design-build projects
Experience working within or helping establish a PMO
Exposure to commissioning and turnover processes, and risk and change management frameworks
Technical background in engineering, construction management, or similar fields
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred
