Determine safety requirements and communicate safety concerns and needs to management
Use judgment when repairing equipment so that repairs that require more skill are referred to the service department
Foresee and identify requirements of upkeep of the yard and facility, such as salting all icy areas, etc
Communicate quickly and effectively with customers and other employees, including management

Some Computer Skills required
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs for short periods of time
Physically bend, stretch, climb, reach, kneel and squat
Withstand temperatures, which may vary from below freezing and windy to hot and humid, and everything in between
Balance and use caution when walking in icy and snowy conditions, and when mounting and dismounting equipment
Exert pressure needed to fasten, unfasten, load and unload heavy construction equipment and pieces of equipment
