Packard Culligan Water is a family-owned company dedicated to providing high-quality water treatment solutions. They are seeking a Commercial & Industrial Service Technician to service, install, and repair water treatment equipment while delivering excellent customer service and representing the Culligan brand in the community.

Responsibilities

Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner
Service, install and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment
Maintain professional attitude within accounts with all customers
Promote and sell other Culligan products and services

Qualification

Water treatment experienceMechanical aptitudePlumbing experienceHVAC experienceCustomer service experienceProblem-solving skillsCritical thinkingVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

Previous experience in commercial/industrial water treatment and or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical related industry
Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical and mechanical equipment– “how things work”
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, critical thinking is a must for this job
Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (ability to move product that is up to 185 lbs)
Professional verbal and written communications skills
1+ year working experience in a customer service, customer focused position
Valid MO driver's license
Safe driving record (we will check!)
Must pass DOT physical exam

Preferred

PLUMBING experience is a plus but not required
Previous water treatment experience is preferred
