Responsibilities
Partner and support cross-functional teams (PMO, Procurement, Vendors, 3PL, Sales, Manufacturing and Finance) to ensure the company meets performance targets
Ensure customer demand is satisfied while preventing production schedule changes due to raw materials shortages
Partner with KIK plants, suppliers, and procurement to maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials at plants in time to meet production requirements
Manage new product introductions
Own the allocation process should supply/service issues occur
Primary owner of planning and inventory control master data parameters
Perform forecasting and data analysis on existing and incoming inventory and predict stock-out dates
Identify process improvements opportunities and recommend solutions
Responsible for ad-hoc analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of related Supply Chain experience
Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Qlik, Power BI)
Familiarity with AI tools
Knowledge of ERP Systems
Preferred
Business, Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing or related discipline is preferred
SAP experience is an asset
APICS/CPIM certification is a plus
