Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in managing client relationships and coordinating project I&C activities from the office
Provide site status updates to stakeholders and resolve on-site issues effectively
Facilitate client interfaces and coordinate technical field advisors / field service representatives to meet I&C schedules
Approve project procurement plans, budgets, and purchase orders for the I&C phase
Create and maintain the overall I&C schedule, managing the critical path and project site execution plans
Evaluate and resolve site warranty claims and identify process improvements through Lessons Learned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, particularly with turbo compressors, reciprocating compressors, gas turbines, or rotating equipment. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level
Strong knowledge of gas turbines, compressors, and associated systems. Controls and instrumentation are also a benefit
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present to various stakeholders
Leadership qualities, including problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, potentially up to 25% annually
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
