Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication across internal teams and external partners
Develop project scopes, prepare documentation, and manage store equipment repairs, installations, additions, and upgrades
Ensure each project is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or at least three years of experience in project management or construction-related fields
Solid understanding of general construction practices
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Capacity to evaluate information, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable project decisions
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead, teach, and collaborate effectively with co-workers and vendors
Sound judgment and adherence to company policies
Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
Highly organized, motivated, and self-directed
Ability to maintain project schedules and budgets with minimal supervision
Commitment to high customer service standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office products
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
Willingness to travel as needed
Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the La Crosse, WI area
