Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems
Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency
Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies
Support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of designs

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Currently reside in OR willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
A final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Preferred

Level 2: 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Level 3: Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Level 4: Bachelor's degree and 9 or more years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Experience in the Aerospace Industry
Experience using good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment
