Director of Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Manage and coach recruiters
Stepping into to the recruiting seat when needed, especially for urgent and/or senior level opportunities
Developing and measuring team metrics
Developing recruitment standard operating procedures
Managing relationships with institutions and professional associations
Owning talent acquisition performance metrics and analytics
Optimizing ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Partner with the marketing department on digital recruitment marketing strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading and managing recruiting employees/teams
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for healthcare providers
healthcare industry experience REQUIRED
Provider and non-provider recruiting experience required
DSO or multi-site healthcare expertise required
Must be able to be in-office in Nashville four days a week
Preferred
Dental industry experience preferred
Experience recruiting Dentists is highly desired
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience using iCIMS is a plus
Experience in a private equity backed organization is ideal but not required
Experience working in a high growth organization is ideal
