Define and lead the overall creative vision and strategic direction across all client and internal initiatives

Serve as senior creative counsel to clients, leading presentations, strategic planning, and high-profile pitches

Drive new business growth through creative leadership, thought partnership, and industry presence

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture

Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of strategic thinking, craft, and execution

Strong business acumen, including experience with client retention, new business development, and resource management

Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire clients and teams

Deep understanding of integrated campaigns, emerging technologies, and evolving creative trends
