Senior Exhibit Designer
Design Observer is a company focused on creating impactful branded environments. The Senior Exhibit Designer will be responsible for developing designs for various uses, including experiential environments and trade shows, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of design concepts.

Responsibilities
Interface with clients and internal team members as needed
Develop designs for multiple uses, including experiential environments, mobile events, and trade shows
Develop drawing packages, including estimation drawings for bid
Maintain robust workflow, with a variety of tasks and deadlines
Create bid and show approval documents
Interface with the Sales department to design, coordinate and integrate exhibits, graphics, and experiential concepts into meaningful experiences
Collaborate with other designers to achieve project goals
Be teamwork oriented with the ability to listen to and execute the task at hand
High level ability for conceptual development and illustrate design ideas through a variety of mediums, including hand sketches, computer renderings and animations
Travel to meetings and site visits as required by projects
Qualification
Required
Degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or Interior Design plus a minimum of 3+ years of experience in exhibit design or related field
Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and visual
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Proven experience in multiple phases of the design process, including conceptualization, design development, and production facilitation
Excellent knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials standards of physical design
General knowledge of ADA requirements
General Knowledge of international show rules and regulations
High level knowledge of 3DS MAX
VRAY Rendering Software, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Working knowledge of AutoCAD with 3D Modeling skills (not required but a big plus)
