Responsibilities
Prepare and process construction disbursements for new construction files
Review builder draw requests for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with builders, lenders, inspectors, and subcontractors to obtain required documentation
Verify lien waivers, invoices, and supporting paperwork prior to funding
Maintain organized file documentation and update internal systems
Communicate professionally with clients, builders, and internal staff regarding draw status and requirements
Assist escrow and title teams with related administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Preferred
Experience in title, escrow, construction lending, accounting, or real estate preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
