Responsibilities

Define UX strategy, information architecture, and design systems
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven improvements
Establish and maintain design standards and component libraries
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality delivery
Mentor designers and drive best practices across teams

Required

8+ years in UX/UI design with architecture/system-level thinking
Strong portfolio showing complex product design

Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/React)
Agile/Scrum environment exposure
