Senior HRIS Analyst

NAES is a leading independent operator in the power generation industry, committed to safety and quality. The Senior HRIS Analyst will support and enhance HR technology systems, focusing on UKG Pro and Cognos Analytics, while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and enhance the HRIS, including system integrations and interfaces
Provide end-to-end support across HRIS modules, including: Recruiting & Onboarding, Benefits & Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Security, Business Rules, Workflows, and Integrations, Business Intelligence / People Analytics, Time & Attendance
Monitor and respond to ServiceNow requests, providing timely and effective technical support
Independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
Partner with HR, Payroll and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance
Document HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations
Lead or support training related to new system releases, enhancements, and process changes

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience
Driver's License
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven problem-solving ability, including root cause analysis
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent prioritization and project management skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Comfort working with complex datasets
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

UKG Pro experience highly desirable
Experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment a plus
