Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional support to customers via inbound calls and emails
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video and website products, collaborating with internal teams when needed
Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Deliver consistently high-quality customer support with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Participate in a rotating schedule for weekend and on-call support coverage
Qualification
Required

Comfortable working with computers and a variety of tech tools
Strong written communication skills, especially in email
Eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Must be available to work in person
