Responsibilities
Planning, directing, and supervising the daily operations and long-term maintenance of the City’s street, sidewalk, trail, and right-of-way infrastructure
Oversees street maintenance and central equipment (staff, equipment, materials, and contracted services to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services
Oversees the City’s Central Equipment (fleet management) division, working closely with the Lead Mechanic in the maintenance and replacement of all City fleet vehicles and equipment
Plays a critical leadership role in winter maintenance operations, pavement preservation programs, asset management, and coordination with other departments, utilities, contractors, and regional agencies
Qualification
Required

Overseeing street maintenance and central equipment including staff, equipment, materials, and contracted services
Ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services
Overseeing the City's Central Equipment (fleet management) division

Playing a critical leadership role in winter maintenance operations
