Responsibilities
Perform daily wire operations at an expert level, with the ability to cover all Wire Operations desks
Verify domestic and international wire transfers through correspondent bank portals as part of a dual-control process
Support customers by handling inquiries in a Call Center environment with professionalism and care
Process daily operational reports and manage items within the core processing system
Partner closely with the Corporate Finance team on general ledger entries and Federal Reserve G/L activity
Assist with Right to Financial Privacy requests, including summons and subpoenas
Contribute to department projects, audits, and research requests
Ensure all work aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls
Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by the Wire Operations Manager
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of back-office banking experience
Working knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior wire operations experience at a financial institution
Excel experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A customer-first mindset
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
