In this role, you’ll work with developers and project managers to build technical solutions, analyze data, and improve workflows.

Responsibilities
Partner with teams to find opportunities for process improvement and automation
Research and implement technical solutions (AI tools, internal apps, ETL, custom code, etc.)
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from many different sources
Present findings clearly to internal and external partners
Create documentation for all technical solutions
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support performance and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills—verbal and written
Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience in database analytics, visualization, and reporting
2+ years experience with:
Microsoft Office
SQL and relational databases (MSSQL, DB2, Teradata, Snowflake)
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
APIs (REST, SOAP)
ETL tools and processes
Data extraction and analysis
Project management
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience
Experience working with large claims datasets
Experience with SSIS, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar ETL tools
Experience with reporting tools (SAP WebI, Crystal Reports)
Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
Experience with low/no‑code platforms (Quickbase, Archer eGRC)
Experience with FTP/SFTP
Experience with Python and GitHub
Experience using AI/ML tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
Bachelor's degree preferred (especially in IT or related field) OR equivalent experience
