Responsibilities
Monitor database and system performance using CloudWatch metrics, alarms, and logs, and troubleshoot issues proactively
Design, deploy, and optimize AI and ML solutions using AWS services such as SageMaker and Bedrock, supporting training, inference, and production integration
Automate operational and infrastructure tasks using AWS Lambda, Systems Manager, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform
Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant data processing and analytics workflows using AWS services including API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, EMR, Kinesis, and DataSync
Design and integrate agentic AI systems, including LLM-based agents, multi-agent workflows, and autonomous orchestration pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
Implement ETL and ELT pipelines and data architectures that support analytics, machine learning, and intelligent agent-based applications
Support CI/CD pipelines for AI models and data workflows using Jenkins and container-based platforms such as ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes
Apply cloud security best practices including IAM least-privilege access, encryption, audit logging, and compliance controls
Maintain technical documentation for AI architectures, data pipelines, infrastructure configurations, and operational runbooks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, KMS, AWS Backup, and Lambda
10+ years of Linux and Unix administration experience, including automation and scripting using Bash, Shell, and Python
10+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible
10+ years of experience with AWS networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, security groups, NACLs, Route 53, and multi-AZ architectures
7+ years of experience supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and container platforms such as Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS, including deployment of AI and ML workloads
6+ years of experience architecting and maintaining scalable data processing workflows using AWS managed services and Python, including PySpark, with strong knowledge of data architecture and ETL patterns
6+ years of experience working with AWS AI and ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, and vector databases like OpenSearch
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
US citizenship is required
