Overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of some of the Foundation’s programs
Reading and maintaining documents and reports
Following detailed instructions and creating reports
Meeting deadlines
Managing and inputting financial data results
Providing staff support at events
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer
Qualification
Required
Must have an Associate's degree or higher, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (expect for PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Google Workspace
Proficient in data entry, reporting, following instructions, and meeting deadlines
Possess strong organizational, time management, and budget management skills
Possess analytical and critical thinking skills
Requires strong oral and written communication skills, superior interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
Proven ability to work independently
Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
Must have demonstrated ability to work with all demographics and types of backgrounds
Must have demonstrated ability to keep information in strict confidence
Must be able to work some night and weekends

A current, valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required
