Responsibilities
Provide leadership, experience, knowledge and expertise towards the implementation of new applications and the support and optimizations of existing applications
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years Health Information Technology experience
Experience in an analyst role providing application support, debugging, clinical or business workflows, and problem solving, and standard project management tools
Three (3) years of experience leading teams and managing small to medium sized projects
Two (2) years of experience managing vendor relationships
Two (2) years of experience in workflow analysis, including the use of modeling software (e.g., Visio)
Proficient in two (2) or more areas of core clinical or business information systems
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience supporting pharmacy systems
Experience with ServiceNow, and Citrix
Project Management Certification (PMP)
Two (2) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)
Fluency with Microsoft Office 365
Clinical experience/license/certification
