Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques-Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence

Required

Bachelor's degree
Zero to five years of recruiting or closely related experience involving talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers
Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles
Experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and advanced search techniques
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews
Provide hiring managers with timely, informed recommendations
Coordinate the recruitment process from intake discussions through offer presentation
Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system
Track basic recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring needs
Support diversity and inclusion efforts by applying inclusive sourcing practices
Contribute to employer branding through clear job descriptions and professional candidate engagement
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders

Preferred

Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate
Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
