Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes and inform strategic initiatives within the organization
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes
Contribute to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of new projects to generate evidence-based insights
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders using tools such as business intelligence software or data visualization platforms to create compelling visual representations of data
Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols
Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and establish clear metrics for measuring project success
Help develop project plans, timelines, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines
Qualification
Required
3-5 years work experience in business intelligence tools
3-5 years experience working in the healthcare industry
Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs that resulted in material business successful outcomes
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
Preferred
Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with business Intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Dataiku and Alteryx
Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA
