Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships
Oversee documentation and data entry related to import shipments
Resolve issues promptly to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to support overall logistics operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of freight forwarding experience in import operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred (due to frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients)
