Responsibilities

Provide meaningful support to federal customers

Create reports describing complex system networking/architecture, network traffic analysis, and device image analysis

Interact regularly with leadership to ensure effective communication

Generate reports, documents, and deliverables associated with IT systems

Required

TS with ability to pass CI polygraph

4+ years of experience

Familiarity with computer network / IT systems and how they function cohesively

Understanding of general operating system functionality and directory structures of Linux, Windows, and MacOS

Can execute basic CLI commands within a Linux environment (Move, copy, navigate directories, search, launch programs, etc.)

Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms, Kubernetes, and containerization, and how they function/operate

Basic knowledge of network management and configuration including VLAN, VPN, SSH tunneling, firewalls, Linux-based routing

Preferred

Scripting and IT automation including bash, python, and/or PowerShell is not a hard requirement, but good to have
