Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and label bulk wholesale orders for independent retailers and wholesale partners
Accurately identify SKUs and quantities, ensuring all items are correctly packed for shipment
Match shipping labels with invoices and packing slips to ensure complete and accurate orders
Verify order accuracy, weight, and product quality prior to shipment
Prepare cartons for outbound shipping in accordance with internal standards
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by operational demands
Perform other duties as assigned in support of business needs, and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, replenishment, or inventory role preferred
Basic math skills for counting and ability to read shipping and order documentation
Strong attention to detail
Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to stand extended periods as required
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must have flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required
This position operates in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to loud noise levels and varying temperatures depending on season and location
Work schedules may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak operational periods
Regular use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and forklifts is required
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas
The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including extended periods on concrete floors
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance
Preferred
Prior experience supporting high-volume or key retail accounts, a plus
