Executive Administrative Assistant

KION Group, through its subsidiary Dematic Corp., is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide strategic operational and administrative support to two Vice Presidents. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth departmental operations to help leaders focus on critical priorities.

Responsibilities

Offer strategic administrative and operational support for two Vice Presidents and the teams they lead, enabling them to focus on key priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to the SVPs and leadership team in the execution of initiatives and communication strategy
Lead or support projects from inception to delivery. Supervise progress on goals, handle timelines, coordinate with interested parties, and ensure results are met
Manage sophisticated calendars, meetings, and travel, proactively resolving conflicts and logistics
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Serve as a key point of contact between leaders, internal partners, and external collaborators
Support leadership meetings, All Hands, offsites, and team events, including planning, coordination, and communication
Assist with departmental operations such as reporting cycles, surveys, onboarding touchpoints, and employee recognition
Maintain internal systems, distribution lists, and organizational information
Track recurring deliverables and support initiatives that improve engagement, alignment, and efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience combined with education
5 years demonstrated ability in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leaders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize independently
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, judgment, and attention to detail
Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel, and expenses
Comfort working with tools such as Outlook, Teams, SAP, Concur, Workday, or similar systems
A proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and balance priorities
