Responsibilities
Lead multiple implementation projects from discovery through go-live and stabilization
Run requirements/discovery sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical specs
Configure client environments (sandbox, UAT, production), including products, workflows, rules, and data mappings
Coordinate API and file-based integrations with client systems (LOS/LMS, core, GL, data warehouse, third parties)
Define test plans and cases, support QA, guide client UAT, and manage issue triage to closure
Run project routines (kickoffs, status, risk/issue reviews) and keep all stakeholders aligned
Maintain clear, concise project documentation and timelines
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client implementation teams
Provide post-go-live support and feedback into product and implementation playbooks
Qualification
Required
4–8 years in implementation management, technical project management, or business systems analysis in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
Ability to read API specs, understand data models, and use tools like SQL for validation
Proven success managing multiple concurrent client projects and stakeholders
Strong communicator, comfortable with both technical teams and business users
Experience with UAT leadership, writing requirements/user stories, and managing tickets (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Comfortable in a startup/growth environment where processes are evolving
Preferred
Experience in lending, asset finance, or floorplan/wholesale finance strongly preferred
Familiarity with platforms like Datascan, Solifi, IDS/SFP-W, Compass or similar is a plus
Background in wholesale/floorplan operations, inventory-based collateral, or portfolio/risk monitoring
Consulting or vendor-side delivery experience for banks or auto/asset finance lenders
Exposure to SaaS deployment practices, testing frameworks, or DevOps tools
