Qualification
Required
Are a current college student (rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior)
Have an interest in banking, finance, business, leadership, or community-focused careers
Can commit to working onsite for the full 10-week program
Are curious, reliable, and eager to learn across multiple areas of an organization
Value mentorship, structure, and hands-on experience
