Responsibilities
Receives and enters orders with a high level of accuracy
Prepares order acknowledgements, picking tickets, and packing slips for shipment of orders
Analyzes daily reports and trending sales data to ensure department goals and forecasts are being met
Submits monthly goals and forecasting tracking data to Inside Sales Manager
Ascertains serial number and model needed, or advises customer of part/equipment needed according to description of malfunction
Coordinates with Scheduling and Purchasing to get ordered parts and equipment welded, assembled, and painted through the production facility to meet customer needs
Reads and becomes familiar with all manuals, engineering drawings, hard cards and databases for identifying replacement part number, specification, and price database
Determines when to expedite customer orders and confirms shipment with customer
Develops and coordinates promotions and programs, as well as monitor results (ie: chain program, early orders)
Tracks and maintains all customer orders, acknowledgements and historical data
Performs system update of annual pricing agreement
Demonstrates a good attendance record; is aware of the impact that missing work will have on the customer as well as co-workers
Completes goals/projects on time or ahead of schedule
Responds to work assignments and requests by being cooperative and available
Follows through and meets commitments
Available as a resource to subordinates and/or peers
Follows safety procedures, protocols, policies, and adheres to all SAFESTART concepts, and acts when others are not holding themselves accountable
Leads by example and takes ownership in everything you do and or say

Required
Ability to effectively communicate with managers, co-workers, and customers
Oral and written communication skills appropriate for working with all levels of the company, customers, and suppliers
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Demonstrate attention to detail with a sense of urgency
Must have a strong technical aptitude and possess the ability to gain detailed product knowledge and be able to actively promote programs, policies and procedures
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of two (2) years related experience in sales or customer service
