Responsibilities

Expand Kelli’s customer base - Identify and secure new retail and distribution partners in key verticals (hospital, pharmacy, resort, casino, and Food/Drug/Mass) by focusing on corporate relationships
Drive top-line growth - Design and execute a scalable business development strategy that aligns with company goals
Build strategic relationships - Develop partnerships with senior buyers and executives at multi-location retail groups
Collaborate cross-functionally - Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized programs for new partners
Represent Kelli’s brand - Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as a brand ambassador for 'We Give More'
Use data to guide growth - Analyze pipeline performance and ROI using CRM and analytics tools

Qualification

B2B sales experiencePartnership developmentNegotiation skillsCRM proficiencyData analysisConsultative sellingExcellenceHustleCommunication skillsPresentation skillsTeamworkIntegrity

Required

3-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a proven record of growth
Expertise in developing partnerships and negotiating high-value deals
A consultative, strategic selling style rooted in integrity and trust
Strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred

Experience in wholesale, retail distribution, or consumer products a strong plus
