Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end post-LOI execution process through close
Build and maintain detailed diligence trackers, timelines, and closing checklists
Coordinate cross-functional diligence with finance, legal, compliance, operations, HR, IT, and clinical leadership
Serve as the day-to-day deal quarterback, ensuring momentum and accountability
Support financial and operational due diligence
Build proformas and perform financial analysis of targets
Perform business valuation of potential acquisition targets
Identify risks, red flags, and integration considerations early in the diligence process
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in business valuation, M&A consulting or corporate development
Direct experience supporting deals post-LOI through close
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication and project management skills
Comfortable operating in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
