Qualification
Required
Ability to plan, schedule and manage multiple Service Projects totaling approximately $500K
Knowledge of HVAC Mechanical Systems and DDC Systems
Ability to handle small projects from start to finish when required
Ability to travel when required (limited)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Strong spelling and grammatical report writing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Project)
DDC System Installation experience and DDC Control System startup experience
Project Management experience
Preferred
Minimum of AA Engineering Undergraduate Degree (preferred not required)
