Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customer accounts through proactive communication and engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Proactively understand client needs and objectives, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations
Effectively handle escalations and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services, contributing to revenue growth and customer value
Generate insightful reports on customer interactions and account performance, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement

Required
