Travel
Responsibilities
Create casino database marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing the database for growth opportunities
Segment casino marketing database and determine offers for database marketing campaigns that maximize profitability of targeted player groups through segmentation testing and analysis
Work on casino marketing testing program, including proposal of tests, analysis/reporting of tests, and ensuring learnings are incorporated into all casino channels
Delivers consistent post-campaign/monthly reports with analysis and insights that will be implemented into casino tactics
Collaborate with other members of the Casino Operations and Hotel Performance teams to ensure we are collecting, reporting and analyzing data in the most accurate way possible with consistency across teams and reports
Serve as the liaison between internal Club Royale teams and Marketing to ensure proper development and delivery of casino collateral and loyalty initiatives
Collaborate with Club Royale and Marketing teams to strategically increase automated touchpoints to improve guest experience and loyalty engagement
Provide guidance for and support other Club Royale initiatives such as Instant Rewards, Partnership Certificate Events, Rep cross-marketing, Player Development marketing and more
Partner with Shipboard Operations, IT, and Hotel Performance to constantly improve quantity and quality of casino database as well as accuracy of data transfer from ship to shore
When appropriate, personally manage customer issues, escalations, and onboard responsibilities
Meet and exceed annual casino bookings/revenue/APD growth targets
Qualification
Required
College degree required
1 to 2 years database marketing required
Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience in database analytics and revenue optimization, CRM, customer contact strategy and loyalty marketing
Knowledge of the principles of casino mathematics, including the calculation of theoretical loss, is a plus
Proficiency with a variety of software packages such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and working knowledge or basic understanding of programs such as Alteryx, Toad (SQL), PowerBI, SAS and others
Execution: excellent attention to detail and follow through
Project management: ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional team members
Familiarity with metrics-based marketing
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, write and present extensive and complex procedures to executive level audience
Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work flexible hours
Approach: energy and enthusiasm to drive results; must be self-motivated, proactive and poised
