Sr. Sales Admin Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage sales orders, pricing, and customer master data in SAP
Manage promotion and post-promotion analysis
Oversee deductions, billbacks, and trade spend in collaboration with Finance
Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
Maintain accuracy of customer, pricing, contract, and promotion documentation
Manage monthly and quarterly sales closing processes
Compile and analyze monthly sales data and prepare presentation materials (PPT) for headquarters reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a related field
Strong understanding of Gross Profit and P&L structure
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts, promotions, and reporting timelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
Preferred
Experience in the food Industry
Experience managing trade promotions and deductions
Experience working with key retail or distributor account
