Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple testing initiatives across diverse projects with competing priorities
Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, delivery models, and solutions aligned with industry best practices
Drive quality-focused deliveries by understanding the product architecture, solution stack, and business processes
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Product Owners, and Testing Leads to ensure alignment and successful execution of quality initiatives
Promote and implement optimization strategies including automation, productivity improvements, and test lab efficiency
Acquire deep knowledge of customer technology landscapes, system integrations, and operational workflows
Provide hands-on project and test management, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Demonstrate strong leadership, urgency, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Utilize test management and automation tools such as JIRA, and other industry-standard platforms
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project and test management
Strong domain expertise in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and Retail/Digital sectors
Extensive experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Proficiency in test automation tools and test management platforms (e.g., JIRA)
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs and timelines
