Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and develop clinical and EDI processes
Design and develop PowerBuilder applications based on business requirements
Maintain an understanding of system integration requirements and provide ESB design support
Participate in integration code reviews and performance optimization discussions
Provide testing and deployment support to release teams
Build and deploy automation using the Bamboo tool
Conduct unit testing and automate regression testing using available toolsets
Evaluate new solution patterns and tools, developing proof-of-concept solutions for application architects
Use monitoring tools to diagnose system or application issues and downtime
Monitor and continuously improve the performance of Information Systems operations
Investigate reported issues and defects, identify root causes, assess impact, and implement effective solutions
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access tools as needed
Document business processes and business rules in Confluence
Work a flexible or periodic schedule as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Minimum of 7 years of experience with PowerBuilder (version 12.6 or later), including knowledge of C#
At least 7 years of experience in software development or production support, with a minimum of 4 years in application development
Proficient in C#, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and query languages
Experience with Sybase, Oracle, and/or MS SQL Server
Knowledge of Unix shell scripting, integration platforms, and APIs
Experience in business process improvement, problem management, preventive maintenance, and analytical problem-solving
Preferred
Large-scale, multi-site Information Systems operations experience preferred
