Responsibilities
Install, inspect, repair, adjust, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Perform maintenance and repairs on walk-in coolers and freezers
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine appropriate corrective actions
Maintain compliance with applicable safety codes, regulations, and company procedures
Use tablets and mobile platforms to document work and communicate updates
Deliver work according to defined procedures under supervision and guidance
Qualification
Required
Universal EPA Certification (required)
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED (trade school a plus)
Strong refrigeration experience, particularly with walk-ins and freezers
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
Comfortable using tablets (iPad), mobile platforms, and email
Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical job duties
Preferred
3+ years of refrigeration experience (open to all experience levels)
Electrical troubleshooting experience
Basic plumbing skills
iPad / tablet usage
Mobile work order platforms
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
