They are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Supervisor to ensure the highest standard of quality, leading the QA team and overseeing compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
Authorize product release and enforce quality standards
Develop and manage the incoming material inspection process
Develop QC processes, inspection criteria, and controlled documentation
Lead and mentor QA/QC teams, including training and resource planning
Maintain audit readiness and represent QC during internal and customer audits
Oversee manufacturing non-conformance investigations and drive CAPA effectiveness
Monitor cleanroom bioburden and particulate levels, escalating deviations
Report on QC metrics, inspection performance, and trend analysis
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and supply chain
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree minimum
2+ years in quality assurance, preferably as a QA Supervisor or equivalent
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify and resolve quality related issues in a timely and effective manner
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in teams
Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards
Understanding of quality assurance risk-based techniques and their impact on internal procedures, product fit, form and function
