Responsibilities
Setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunication systems and certain IT network components
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Providing reliable technical support
Collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs
Assisting with client training and onboarding
Working closely with the team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the systems in use
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve system-related issues effectively
Strong knowledge of Information Technology, including networks, telecommunication systems, and related hardware/software
Excellent Customer Service skills to provide consistent, positive experiences and address client needs professionally
Experience with Training others to effectively transfer technical knowledge and support customer onboarding
Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to ensure solutions are thorough and efficient
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience with telecom systems, networking equipment, or IT infrastructure is preferred, training is provided
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) and/or a degree in Information Technology or a related field are a plus but not required
