Customer Sales and Service Representative
Furniture Solutions Network is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative to manage customer claims and interactions. This role involves handling customer calls, providing updates, and utilizing a CRM system for communication.

Responsibilities
Compose grammatically correct correspondence such as claim notes, e-mails and any other form of internal or external written communication
Transpose claims from client portals into existing system for service
Manager a high volume of inbound calls
Qualification
Required
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to collect and interpret data to effectively and efficiently solve problems
Ability to sit and work on a computer with a headset for long periods of time
Computer proficiency
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years previous customer service experience
