Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
Conexess Group is seeking a Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition efforts. This role will facilitate a smooth hiring process by providing administrative and scheduling support, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
Create and review requisition details for accuracy in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) and delegate to respective recruiters
Post jobs on company's internal and external website, and niche/local job boards for applicable positions
Assist TA Advisors with screening candidates and updating candidate statuses in our applicant tracking system as needed
Schedule phone screens between candidates and TA Advisors
Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers; and coordinate travel arrangements for candidates to onsite interviews as needed
Draft offer letters to be reviewed and extend to candidates as needed
Build off company templates to create recruitment marketing materials for hiring leaders to post online and in their local area (flyers, mailers, etc.)

Qualification
Required
High school diploma / GED
2+ years of experience in Recruitment or an Administrative capacity with high stakeholder engagement and coordination/scheduling
Experience using databases and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, UKG Pro, Workday, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) or equivalents
Ability to manage competing priorities and ad-hoc requests
Strong oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
