Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design solutions
Develop and maintain complex systems for defense guidance and navigation products
Validate and maintain requirements traceability
Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure product performance and reliability
Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
3 or more years Experience in systems engineering or a related field
2 or more years Experience working with electronic hardware
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
Preferred
Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering), etc
Experience in defense guidance and navigation systems
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
