The Senior IT Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's IT environment and Microsoft enterprise cloud platforms, providing advanced help desk support, and ensuring efficient IT operations across corporate and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Provide Tiers 1, 2, and 3 technical support for end users

Support Windows, Linux (Ubuntu), and macOS workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals

Diagnose and resolve Microsoft 365 application issues

Act as an escalation point for complex issues

Document incidents and resolutions

Administer Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Manage users, groups, roles, and permissions

Support MFA and conditional access

Monitor service health and troubleshoot cloud issues

Execute onboarding including account creation and equipment provisioning

Collaborate with HR on employee lifecycle processes

Deprovision access and recover assets during offboarding

Support manufacturing systems including HMIs

Troubleshoot production system connectivity

Support industrial networking environments

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches

Assist with network monitoring and documentation

Configure VLANs

Qualification

Microsoft 365AzureManufacturing ITNetworking fundamentalsHMI experienceIT certificationsMixed office experience

Required

5+ years IT support experience

Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience

Manufacturing IT and HMI experience

Networking fundamentals knowledge

Preferred

Mixed office and manufacturing experience
