Define technical security roadmap and engineering standards
Serve as final technical authority on security architecture decisions
Lead design and implementation of enterprise security monitoring and detection

Provide technical mentorship and represent cybersecurity to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience with 3+ years in senior/lead capacity
Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft security stack and enterprise security architecture
CISSP required plus advanced Microsoft or GIAC certifications
Proven leadership abilities and executive communication skills
Experience developing security programs for enterprise environments
